William Fitzsimmons Remixes

William Fitzsimmons is a folk inspired, singer-songwriter often compared to Sufjan Stevens. A few months ago, he released “Derivatives”, a new collection of remixes from his 2009 release The Sparrow and the Crow (Mercer Street Records / Downtown Records). Derivatives is a restrained and subtle remix album that breathes new life into the original songs while retaining the emotional and heartfelt quality of the originals.
