Etsy & TNLF Introduce …

Over the last few months, The New Lo-Fi has been working with Etsy.com to curate bands and DJ’s for live shows as part of Etsy’s first-ever pop up shop. The shop will introduce people to hundreds of Etsy designers in addition to raising awareness of Etsy’s support of independent music. The concert series will span from Nov 30 – Dec 8 and include both daytime and evening shows. Shows are free and open to the public but space is limited so it’s first come first serve.

Many of the artists for this week long event can’t be announced until the day of but we kicked things off on Friday with a free “secret show” DJ set by LCD Soundsystem drummer Pat Mahoney. Other artists to look out for this week include Conveyor, Way Yes and Eric Harvey (Spoon).

The store is located at 131 Greene Street in SoHo. We’ll be announcing updates the day of the shows here and via our Twitter and Facebook page. Follow Us / Fan Us to get the latest updates.

In the meantime, here’s a playlist that we created for the Etsy store. And don’t forget, if you need music for your next bar mitzvah, quinceaƱera or anniversary please contact us. We know how to kick it. Just ask Etsy.
