Oakland, California Dream Pop band, Garlands has just released their self-titled debut album. The band formed in 2014 by two Bay Area locals, Lisa Light and Mikael Johnston. The duo describe their music as “an exploration of the liminal and subtle elements of sound and melody.” Think: M84, Beach House or Bat for Lashes.
