Jon Hopkins
Another artist that has flown under my radar for FAR too long. British-based Jon Hopkins makes some fantastic fucking electronic music. Dark, brooding at times, tightly produced… I’m banging my head on the wall right now because I’m just learning about his music.
Hopkins just released this beautiful rework of “Breathe This Air” featuring vocals from Purity Ring which you should def check out. But if you are in the same boat as I am and just learned about this guy, don’t cheat yourself. Make sure you get your hands on his latest album: Immunity.
