NESYA turns heartbreak into an indie electronic hook on her new single: “Put The Fries In The Bag”

With Put the Fries in the Bag, NESYA transforms heartbreak, betrayal, and emotional chaos into something strangely addictive. The new single marks the beginning of her self-described “Vampire Siren” era, a darker and sharper creative chapter that blends darkwave, trap-pop, house, and post-punk influences into a sound entirely her own.

Born in Lincoln, Nebraska, NESYA grew up hiding her goth identity while enduring religious repression, abuse, and isolation as a preacher’s daughter. After moving to California, she found belonging in the alternative scene and began recording music in a cramped closet using Apple headphones, free YouTube beats, and a “kitty pillow.” Those early recordings earned her a devoted cult following before breakout hit “Delulu” exploded into a viral success.

But fame arrived alongside personal turmoil, including a traumatic marriage, public divorce, and a difficult split from a label that failed to understand her vision. Now signed as the flagship artist of Double Down, NESYA is reclaiming control. “Put the Fries in the Bag” turns pain into absurdity, proving that even emotional collapse can become something worth dancing to.
