The Weeknd is back with his second installment of R&B with a hipster lean. The new(ish) EP is entitled “Thursday” and is available for free at www.theweeknd.com. This track, “Gone” is an 8 minute epic that get’s right down to your soul.

Akello Light – Do You Mind (remix)
Akello Light released the 2nd part of his two part series rapping about love called “My Future Wife.” The South Carolina producer Obsidian Blue helped put this laid-back hip hop project together by laying down all of the beats while Akello Light layers on the smooth talk. My only wish was that the tracks were more then two minutes long. I just can’t get enough. Go check out the full EP at Akello Light’s Bandcamp page.
