The Dø to Release Second Album
We featured one of The Dø’s singles, “Too Insistent,” in our A Late Winter Blues mix and now we’re excited to announce that they will be releasing their full length album “Both Ways Open Jaws” on November 15th 2011. The video above is another single from the album (“Slippery Slope”) with an addictive tribal beat behind it. I love how this Finnish/French duo can capture a wide range of live sounds from claps to drum beats, and compose their own style out of it.
