The J’s with Jamie – Yoshiko
Feeling like a #ThrowbackThursday was in order today. Check out “Yoshiko” by The J’s with Jamie. The song was released in 1964, in the middle of The J’s with Jamie’s musical career. The core of the band was a husband and wife Jamie and Joe Silvia who lived and worked in the roaring advertising world of Chicago in the 1950s and 60s. They mostly created advertising jingles and show tunes but this is one of their fantastic original tracks.
