Lady In The Radiator
We were able to sit down with Ben Luckman and Ben Weinberg (vocals and percussion) from Lady In The Radiator earlier this week for a brief interview. We talked about their new LP “Dreams of a Rarebit Fiend,” the underground music scene in New Brunswick NJ, and why punk is dead. (haha, well kinda).
They were also generous enough to play some acoustic singles off their new album in our very limited “studio.” When I say studio, I mean my apartment. And when I say limited, I mean that we only had one mic, a guitar and a jar filled with pepper corns. No joke. It was truly amazing the sound they could pull together with the crappy equipment I had to offer. It did turn out pretty well though. The acoustic versions are included next to the mastered versions below.
