Bacteria Records
A few weeks back I caught a live set in McCarren Park put on by Bacteria Records. The video above is from when they just started getting warmed up (sorry the audio is shit). They call it a “pop-up” rave, and they threw a bunch of them all over north Brooklyn. Great music, out doors, with no pretense, and it’s free. There was dancing, picnicking, tree climbing, frisbee throwing, and as you can see from the video, a Bring-Your-Own-Drumset play-along party.
