Boston-based producer, Forhill creates an ambient disco inspired track on his new single, “Iris”
Forhill is the music project of Boston-based multi-instrumentalist Brian Fata. On his latest EP, Forhill combines chillwave, lofi, and dreampop to create a unique style of instrumental electronic music.
The 3-track EP is called Outlines and the last track on the album is an ambient disco inspired track called “Iris.”
“I wanted to create a selection of tracks that capture the lo-fi synth sound that I started out with but with an increase in production quality using everything I’ve learned in the past year,” explains Fata when talking about the track. “I just wanted to capture some bouncy grooves with a bit of a warm hazy atmosphere over the top.”
