East London party mecca unveils summer lineup for its much anticipated return
London’s cutting edge venue, E1 unveils lineups for its much anticipated return. From 25th June, E1 will host events through summer, culminating in the first of their 2021 ‘E1 Presents’ series. The lineup includes some of electronic music’s finest producers, including Recondite, Ben Klock, Âmé, Ellen Alien, FJAAK, DJ Stingray, DVS1 and Sasha (just to name a few).
E1 has been at the beating heart of London’s underground club culture for nearly a decade. From grassroots beginnings as a clandestine pop-up venue, hosting events for The Hydra, Boiler Room, Stormzy, Resident Advisor, and Ninja Tune.
“Having been part of the team that first launched E1 as a venue, this project is close to my heart,” says Dolan Bergin, the Head Programmer at E1. “While the Covid 19 restrictions have disrupted the live music industry, we took the opportunity to pause and deconstruct E1 so we can present a new approach to its music programs and communication. Dance music, by its nature, brings people together – something we’ve all missed sorely in the past year – and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back to share music with one another again!”
