Ladies, Please …. Shocking Blue and More
This is a little playlist that I made of the ladies in my life recently. “Ladies, Please” includes Veronica Falls, The Hundred In The Hands, The Ettes, The Jezabels, Holly Golightly, Fabienne DelSol, The Detroit Cobras, Dengue Fever, Jill Barber, Eleanor Friedberger, Chairlift and one of my current favorites, a kick ass Dutch band from the late 60’s called Shocking Blue. Shocking Blue sounds so current; it blows my mind. Check out this video of their biggest hit “Venus” below.
