Patrick Sweany Them Shoes
I recently came across this song on one of my random music binge sessions. On first listen, I swore it was a new Black Keys track or some kind of B side that I hadn’t heard before. A quick shazam for verification and I was proven totally fucking wrong; a dude named Patrick Sweany was the artist. Who the hell is this guy I wondered. After a little further investigation, it so happens that Patrick Sweany has not only supported The Black Keys live but Dan Auerbach of the Keys produced Sweany’s last two albums. This song is a few years old but it still deserves your attention if you haven’t already heard it.
