Unknown Vagabond pulls us into an indie pop dream for his new single
Swiss artist Unknown Vagabond returns with his new single “Warm Tide (Left Blank).” It’s a beautifully hazy piece of dream pop that seems to exist somewhere between memory and waking life.
Built around shimmering guitars, warm analogue textures and a steadily expanding sense of atmosphere, the track moves with the unhurried pull of its title. Melancholy hangs over the arrangement, but it never feels overwhelmingly dark. Instead, the song builds to a cinematic, strangely calm post-rock climax.
Fans of shoegaze, neo-psychedelia and atmospheric alternative rock should find plenty to sink into here.
