Dark Sky releases a lockdown mix featuring an hour and a half of unreleased material
For many artists and producers, the idea of self isolation isn’t that foreign. Many musicians spend days and weeks in a windowless studio recording and perfecting their sound. So when the world suddenly joined this “plight of the artist” and locked themselves away indoors, many DJs, composers and producers started sharing works-in-progress and unreleased material.
One of our favorite British electronic producers, Matt Benyayer (aka Dark Sky) has done just this with his latest release on Soundcloud. It’s his “Lock Down Mix” and it contains 18 tracks and nearly an hour and a half of 100% unreleased music.
