AUX TV’s NXNE Showcase
Wild Nothing was one of our favorite bands at this years CMJ. Tonight they’re back in NY as part of the AUX TV’s NXNE Showcase with Twin Shadow, Guards, Ivan & Alyosha and Memoryhouse at Lee’s Palace in Chinatown. We’re getting word that they’re completely killing it to a sold out show right now. I wish we could have been there but unfortunately the stars didn’t align tonight. For those of you who made it, I’m jealous! For those of you in the same boat as me, I included some tracks from the showcase. As a little bonus, I included a mixtape recapping some of our favorite bands from the CMJ 2010 festival, a Wild Nothing video and MP3 from CMJ.
One of my favorite bands from this showcase is Ivan & Alyosha. If you missed them, as I did, you can still see them on there current tour. They still have 9 more dates scheduled, with 2 of them being in NY this week. See the dates and venues here.
