They are one fucked up hair cut. Thanks for letting me sit in an airport for an hour only to tell me that my flight has been changed to January 1st. Yeah, that’s totally cool. I’ll miss New Years, and the rest of my vacation. totally acceptable. I don’t care if there is a blizzard, work that shit out Continental. And canceling flights 6 hours before they fly and then treating your customers like it’s their problem. not cool. oh wait, but you might refund my money after you put my request for a refund in? really ?
