Pete Philly & Momkai Give Us Open Loops
14 weeks… in 14 tracks.
That’s what Pete Philly set out to do. And as if putting out an entire record of original work in less then 4 months wasn’t enough, Philly decided to shoot a short video for each track with photographer Daniel J. Ashes and the Amsterdam based digital design agency, Momkai.

Which, by the way, is an amazing site in itself. There is a crazy spherical shaped music player, and the video plays in super slow-mo in the background. It’s so slow in fact, that I mistakenly thought it was just a still image in the back until a microphone goes flying into his hand and he starts screaming. it’s epic. you should definitely check out the site. and defo download the music. and defo support this guy and his funky, jazzy, slightly hip-hop influenced sounds. because it’s dope.
