Giraffage – Pretty Things EP
Dreampop, downtempo, LoFi, electronic music has always been my thing. Understandably it’s hard to find music that crosses all of these genres easily.
That being said, I was passed Giraffage’s debut EP “Pretty Things” earlier this month and it does all of that quite well. It’s like a cross between Gold Panda, Washed Out with out the vocals, Bibio and Pogo. But I really shouldn’t try to categorize it. Giraffage has got it’s own sound. Really looking forward to seeing a full album come out of this project.
The EP is available on bandcamp with a ‘name your own price’ policy (which by the way, I highly endorse. everyone should donate some money so that we can keep this system of spreading music alive).
