Treadmill Indulgence

Filp Flap Man Man passed us this mini mix last week and it’s five minutes of power! When asked how he came up with the title he said it’s called Treadmill Indulgence because “it is supposed to give you a clear competitive edge against other gym rats.” hahaha. Can’t argue with that.
