VooDoo: Day 2
Saturday brought another day filled with amazing music and amazing people. Some highlights of the day were Andrew Duhon who got the day started off early, Rotary Downs, who were kind enough to sit down with me for quite some time to talk about everything from their music to their families, and to finish off the night, Blink 182 who had the largest crowd I have seen at VooDoo to date. While I wish they would have played more of their old songs (I didn’t know they had new ones), they put on a great, if somewhat canned, show. Girl Talk got crazy with gyrating girls shooting rolls of toilet paper and confetti off the stage, and the audience loved it.
