Some lo-fi study beats to ease you into the week
Portland-based producer and multi-instrumentalist Rudy Klobas (aka POSY) has an interesting way of combining jazz with the more lo-fi electronic side of music. Originally trained on classical guitar, Klobas gradually taught himself piano, bass, and drums and began writing and recording his first songs on a four-track cassette recorder. His music is densely layered, but maintains an element of simplicity that ultimately leaves one feeling relaxed. His latest single, “Amai,” is the perfect way to ease you into the week with some lo-fi study beats.
