Healy: A Galaxy With Skin
I think all music has the capacity to transport us out of our daily lives and into some other world. But even though that’s true, some music seems to be created for that purpose alone. Healy has managed to create a song made to daydream alongside. ‘A Galaxy With Skin’ has the perfect combination of ethereal melodic qualities and lyrical flow. You can’t help but get lost in it from the moment the beautifully eerie piano begins to the slow fade at the end. I’m always impressed when a musician combines rap with a sweet & jazzy melody, what a glorious hybrid. Healy just released a 12 track playlist/album on SoundCloud and it’s definitely worth the listen.
