Cheo Feliciano’s track “Oye Como Va” gets reimagined by London-based producers Krywald & Farrer
The Persies Edits is an eclectic selection of reworked, retouched and repurposed dancefloor gems. They are beefed-up, pared down and dangerous reworks that appear on white label vinyl only records. Only 500 go to press.
The two men doing the majority of the remixing are a London-based duo called Kyywald & Farrer. You could lose yourself in the sheet amount of music these guys discover and reinterpret (and I highly recommend you do check out their catalogue). For now, I’ve selected a few of the EPs for you to sample. I especially like the way they’ve reworked Cheo Feliciano’s classic track “Oye Como Va”
