Lucas Hrubizna Directs the new Sam Tudor video: “Joseph in the Bathroom”
Award winning Canadian director, Lucas Hrubizna takes you to a strange world of high school insecurity with Sam Tudor’s new video for “Joseph in the Bathroom.”
This is the fourth video that Hrubizna has directed for Sam Tudor and it is equal parts beautiful and surreal. Every scene is a beautifully framed shot that could be a photograph. Some of the scenes are quite arresting; a boy looking at a mirror only to see the back of his head. A girl pushed over in a garbage can. If it wasn’t for gentle innocence of the songs melody you could almost imagine the video being a trailer for a horror film.
