Highs, Summer Dress
Last year at CMJ a Toronto based band named Highs unleashed their unbelievably upbeat brand of folkie indie pop on New York. Their debut self-titled EP has been playing on my iTunes ever since.
Because the EP is incredibly summer sounding I thought it would be more appropriate to wait and post once it gets warmer out. But why hold it back? And what better way to get through cold New York winter than to listen to some upbeat summery tracks? The EP’s single, “Summer Dress” has been the answer to my winter woes.
