Start your weekend off with Kowloon’s homage to the artistic process
Our favorite LA-based indie and chillwave producer, Kowloon, is back with a brand new track for autumn. “Fish The River Dry” first premiered on KCRW in the states, and Kowloon describes it as a “Talking Heads-inspired ode to the artistic process.” The track is set to a loping bass, martial drums, gliding electric guitar, and falls somewhere in between effortless indie and Eno-esque ambient. The stream-of-conscious verse vocals segue into a pleasing chorus of multitracked voices.
