Lida Pawliuk and Ashlee Luk are the Canadian duo behind Minimal Violence. They’re latest single “HMV 94” is off their EP, Acid Lakes and it’s packed with nostalgic breakbeats and far away synths. The track is the only track without acid on the album and it provides a sort of rest in the middle of the record. If you’re into junglist rhythms and throwback acid lines, this is the album for you.
