The Bird and The Bee
The Bird and The Bee puts out some rad covers of 80’s songs. Specifically, their 2010 album of Hall and Oates covers is amazing. Unfortunately I don’t think they want anyone sharing the tracks online (or maybe it’s their label, Blue Note) because all of the links on Hype have been removed. They don’t have much from the album on their Soundcloud page either…. BUT they held a remix contest of Heard It on The Radio and at least those are all online. They also have a few other fun covers on their Soundcloud page which I included below. But definitely track down the Hall and Oates cover album “Interpreting the Masters Volume 1: A Tribute to Daryl Hall and John Oates” …. your ears will thank you. Here is the Spotify link.
