Daft Punk Plays Tron
I saw the trailer for Tron Legacy this weekend when I went to see Inception. The movie looks pretty good, but I was interested to find out that Daft Punk is scoring the original soundtrack. I’ve heard pretty skeptical reviews about the partnership of Daft Punk and Disney, but it sounds pretty brilliant to me. I mean, what better musicians to ask to do one of the most robot driven movies than the robot making music duo themselves? In fact, I think Daft Punk would fit right in one of the scenes perfectly.
